Colleen is a Registered Psychotherapist and speaker, known for her unwavering commitment to supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and self-worth issues. She empowers them by helping them break free from limiting beliefs and conquer negative self-talk that often hinders their personal and professional growth.
In her multifaceted role, Colleen not only maintains a thriving private practice but also plays an active role in the community. She regularly facilitates workshops, speaks in corporate and faith-based organizations, and has become a recognized expert in mental health and wellness in the media.
Colleen is the founder of My Wellness Village, a virtual wellness community tailored for women of faith. This community allows women to prioritize their mental health, physical fitness, spiritual development, and personal growth. It was birthed out of the pandemic in 2020 when many were isolated at home, and it continues to inspire and support women on their holistic well-being journey.
In a recent milestone, Colleen has been appointed as the Director for the Mental Health Institute for the Covenant Keepers International Alliance, overseen by Bishop Hezekiah Walker. Her dedication to mental health advocacy and personal development spans over 16 years, and she continues to make a significant impact on the lives of many.
Colleen is also a loving mother of three boys, LJ, BJ, and JJ, and her daughter, Rebecca-Joy. She has been happily married to her husband and best friend, Leroy, for over 17 years. When she's not making a difference in the lives of others, Colleen enjoys laughter, making others laugh, and working on DIY projects at home.
Based in Atlanta, GA, Colleen operates her virtual practice, travels internationally as a conference speaker, and continues to bring healing and inspiration to those she serves.
